Question by yong: Why call from home phone to office phone directly goes to voice mail?
When I call from my home phone to my office phone, it directly goes to the voice mail. This doesn’t happen when I call my coworker’s office phone, or when I call from my cell phone to my office phone. I don’t know where to start to find what’s unique about the connection from my home phone to my office phone. Thanks for help.

It could be due to some setting in your phone and call system.
